The Miele app is available on the App Store (iOS), Google Play Store, and other major Android app stores in China.

General Improvements

• Optimized Performance and Stability: The Miele app now runs on the latest development framework, ensuring improved performance, enhanced stability, better compatibility with the latest devices and operating systems, and advanced security features.

Dishwashing

• New HygieneAssistant: This new feature helps maintain your dishwasher, enhance hygiene, and improve cleaning results. You will be notified when it is time to run a high-temperature programme, and detailed instructions will be provided. The HygieneAssistant is available for many G 7000 appliances (excluding certain models) across all countries.

Cooking

• New Operating Mode Descriptions: The Miele app will now display detailed operating mode descriptions for many ovens, enabling you to make better-informed choices.

Coffee

• New Shortcut for Profiles and Drink Settings: You can now easily access your profiles and drink settings directly from the appliance detail page, streamlining your user experience. This feature is available for CVA 7000 and CM 6000 coffee machines.

In-App Shop

• New Country Availability: The In-App Shop is now available in Belgium and Luxembourg

Pairing

• Enhancements for Connecting Your Domestic Appliance to the Miele App and Wi-Fi: We have continuously improved the pairing process to make connecting your appliances easier. Thanks to clearer instructions and enhanced guidance, pairing has never been easier.

NOTE: End of Support for Android 8 and 9

With the release of Miele App Version 4.13.0, we will end support for Android 8 and 9.

What This Means for You:

• You can still use an older app version (<4.13.0).

• App versions installed on Android 8 and 9 will no longer receive updates, including security patches.

• Technical support for Android 8 and 9 will also be discontinued.

Bug Fixes

General

• Consent Confirmation: Fixed an issue where users had to re-confirm their consent for error images and newsletters every time they opened the app.

• Android devices: Fixed an issue where the appliance status text was cut on the Dashboard.

Laundry

• Washing Machines: Fixed an issue where the HygieneAssistant displayed an incorrect care status screen.

• Monthly Report: Fixed an issue where the month field and month abbreviations in the statistics chart were not translated to the selected language.

Cooking

• Hobs: Fixed an issue where the appliance status was shown as unknown when keylock was activated.

• Hoods: Fixed an issue where the light switch was unavailable in the hood's detail view.

Refrigeration

• Wine Units (KWT 2611): Fixed an issue where status code 404 was displayed in the detail view.

Profile

• Address Management: Users can now enter house numbers with the special character "/", e.g., house number 4 1/2.

In-App Shop

• Resolved an issue where the app could fail to reconnect properly after being sent to the background while the shop was open. This has been fixed, and the app reconnects easily when returning from the background.

Pairing

• Ironing Appliances: Fixed an issue where registered ironing appliances were displayed as “Unknown appliance“, and new appliances could not be added.

• Server Error: Fixed an issue where users encountered a server error (1.3.14) when pairing an already registered appliance.
